Greg Domian
Vice President
My wife Carol and I moved into the city after we got married, have been here ever since; planting roots and raising a family on Juniata Street, now nearly 40 years ago. I took up walking several years ago for recreational exercise and found that I needed to mix up the routes to keep my interest. As I walked more and more of the streets in the neighborhood, I found the creativity of the builders, as well as the resourceful homeowners and gardeners that call Tower Grove South “home” was really quite impressive. There is great diversity in the structures, the building materials, the neighbors, and the work done to maintain or enhance the property. I plan to work with our community of interested neighbors to help promote and celebrate this great area. My other interests include writing, painting, gardening, and taking motorcycle trips!

Hannah Davis-Westerman
Corresponding Secretary
Hannah bought her first home with her husband in Tower Grove South in 2021. She has lived in various areas around St. Louis since moving here with her family in 2006 but TGS is by far her favorite! She works in content strategy and member experience at a healthcare company. She likes helping tell important stories and getting to know what an audience needs. When not working, Hannah enjoys playing games with friends, cooking new recipes (especially with ingredients from the Tower Grove Farmer's Market), and walking her dog, Gadget, around the neighborhood/park.
Jack Hoerchler
Recording Secretary
Jack moved to St. Louis in 2018 and to TGS in 2021. He enjoys running around the neighborhood and frequenting the coffee shops on South Grand and on Morgan Ford. He's also restoring a historic duplex on Utah Street, and looks forward to helping more people to enjoy all of the positive aspects of TGS.

Wendy Witte
Treasurer
Wendy and her husband, John, moved into their bungalow of love on Oak Hill in Tower Grove South a little more than 10 years ago. She worked with the original group that formed the TGSNA and is pleased to be able to serve again. You'll frequently find her with their rescue goldendoodle, Bianca, at the McDonald Dog Park. Catch John at "his" coffee shop, Road Crew, on Morganford most Saturday mornings. Wendy works in the nonprofit world and plays pickleball to blow off steam. If you'd like to play at Tower Grove Park, please let her know!

NE Quadrant Director
I recently moved to Missouri, settling here in Tower Grove South in Sept 2025, so I’m new to the neighborhood! I’m a big fan of Tower Grove Park. You can always find me taking long walks through there, on runs, and sometimes practicing photography with my phone. I’m originally from Ohio, but before moving here, I spent the past 10 years living overseas, mostly in African countries. I’m a solar energy professional and passionate about renewable energy and energy justice. I joined the TSGNA Board to meet my neighbors and do my part to help make the neighborhood a great place to live!

Torrey Park
NW Quadrant Director
Torrey Park was elected as the Northwest Quadrant Director for the Tower Grove South Neighborhood Association in April 2026. She has lived in Tower Grove South since 2013, as both a renter and homeowner. She was part of the steering committee that established the neighborhood association and served as its first Vice President.
Her local involvement has continued through a range of civic and community efforts, including leading a ward-level participatory budgeting process in partnership with the former Alderwoman, helping establish the Seed St. Louis community garden on the 4200 block of Connecticut, completing a fellowship with the Coro Women in Leadership progam through FOCUS St. Louis, and volunteering with the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Coalition, a 30-member grassroots organization effort that successfully advocated to fully fund the AHTF.
Professionally, Torrey has worked in nonprofits for 25+ years, primarily in animal welfare, the arts, and community development, most recently leading efforts to address vacant properties in St. Louis. She hopes to bring her volunteer and professional experience to the role by helping build on Tower Grove South’s strengths while working collaboratively and strategically with neighbors to identify opportunities for improvement, from the built environment to everyday quality of life.
In her free time, Torrey enjoys spending time outdoors walking and biking in Tower Grove Park, exercising her creativity through photography, attempting to visit most of the national parks in her lifetime (12 so far!), and spending time with her two adorable cats, Tobi and Cooper.

Jason Murray
SE Quadrant Director
After 24 years of living in the St. Charles suburbs, Jason moved to Tower Grove South to join a walkable, historical, and culturally rich neighborhood. When he's not protecting WashU students, faculty, and staff from cyber-villains, he's exploring his new surroundings, becoming a regular at local restaurants and coffee shops, taking long walks with an orange bucket in hand picking up litter, or spending time with his Tower Grove East partner. He's looking forward to contributing to the TGSNA and becoming an even more active member of the community.
